In The Community
At AGI Capital, we recognize that the community of a development project is at least as important as the construction itself, and that in the long run, success depends on the integrity of both.
At AGI we have two understandings of community. In the "macro" view, our developments must fit a community's larger concept of itself - design guidelines, master plans, and growth strategies of government planners who are keeping watch on the long view. Meanwhile, at the "micro" level, we tailor our developments to suit a particular neighborhood's special qualities, the unique character of its families and working people, how they play, work, and live.
The result of this can be seen in homes that feel "livable," open spaces that rejuvenate, access to transit and recreation options, and offices and retail spaces that empower business owners to succeed.
The key to our approach is to find a balance between all these needs - which is no easy task sometimes. Then again, no one said that the cutting edge was an easy place to be.
