AGI, in partnership with Avant Housing, is leading the development of this project located in the vibrant Yerba Buena Arts and Shopping District, in close proximity to the new Bloomingdales Westfield Center, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Metreon Theater, and many other arts & culture venues. 900 Folsom is targeted for a LEED Gold rating by the United States Green Building Coalition, the highest sustainability rating ever achieved for a multi-family mixed-use project of this scale in the Bay Area.
Construction is targeted for the end of 2009, with completion estimated in the end of 2011.
