AGI has partnered with Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR), a real estate investment trust fund based in Salt Lake City and the second largest self-storage operator in the U.S., to develop this project in downtown San Jose.
The project is fully entitled and construction will begin in November 2008 with estimated completion for August 2009.
