With SOMA Grand, AGI joins the small cadre of San Francisco high-rise residential developers. The project received key entitlements in early 2004 after extensive discussions between AGI and local stakeholders including tenants, neighborhood groups, area owners, and local planning officials.
Completed in late 2007, Soma Grand maximizes allowable onsite masses and utility to serve the emerging area with high-profile, high-traffic neighbors. Designed by Mill Valley's Architecture International, Ltd., the project has a single tower-over-pedestal-design with elevated outdoor park, ground-floor retail space, and residential parking as well as much-needed short-term retail-serving parking.
Sales began in March 2007 with the help of Pacific Marketing Associates.
