A trend-leading new development in downtown Oakland that sold out in 2004, the Telegraph offers East Bay residents convenient living at affordable prices with a light, airy environment and quality finish and trim choices. This project broke ground in December 2002 and was lauded as party of Mayor Jerry Brown's 10K Downtown plan, which envisioned Oakland's downtown as an "18-hour" city with plentiful residential amenities and a critical mass of new owners.
Sales began in April 2004 with the help of Pacific Marketing Associates and a complete sell-out was achieved within six months.
